Role Summary:

1. As a Product Manager at elGrocer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. 
2. You’ll own and shape the vision and roadmap for our customer journey, ensuring seamless and delightful interactions with our platform. 
3. Working closely with cross-functional teams you’ll transform insights into impactful updates, helping to scale and elevate our customer experience.
4. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user empathy, and technical understanding to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable results. 
5. You will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, where your work directly impacts millions of customers and drives growth for the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Vision & Strategy:

• Define and own the customer experience vision, aligning it with elGrocer's overall mission and business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on consumer insights and business objectives.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to collect data, evaluate requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their voice shapes decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance competing priorities and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Execution & Delivery:

• Translate customer needs and business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of updates and features.
• Measure the success of product initiatives using data-driven metrics and continuous feedback loops.

Customer Delight & Scalability:

• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through iterative enhancements.
• Drive innovations that scale the customer experience and streamline processes.

What You Should Already Have:

• Experience: 6+ of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in consumer facing applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and rationale.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product design, Interactive Design, or a related field.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
