Product Manager - CRM

Job Description

FORMULATRIX is looking to fill the position of Product Manager for our internal CRM. The company is ever more dependent on this in-house built system which now supports over 1000 employees across all departments. This system is a critical enabler of our internal and external organization allowing us to manage our customers, employees, and vendors.

This position requires someone who is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centered software design philosophy, excellent communication, cross-group collaboration and planning skills. Candidates must work well independently, with a global team and with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a software team to deliver a great user and information experience within our system
• Ensure that we build a system that is extensible, fast, error free, and reliable.
• Work with our user experience and technical writer teams to envision a fast, accurate, and easy to use solution.
• Define requirements around user interface and workflow details.
• Work with all departments to ensure the needs and concerns are addressed
• Prioritize and follow-up on questions being asked by our users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in either software development or business administration.
• 3-4 years of product management experience preferably in the software industry.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to work with an offshore team.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience with graphical user interface design.
