Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will help shape the vision, strategy, and execution of products that deliver meaningful impact to our users and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders—to define priorities, create clarity, and drive outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence product direction early in your career while growing as a product leader.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs
• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure seamless execution of sprints
• Support product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption strategies
• Gather insights from data, research, and customer feedback to inform future iterations
• Champion product vision and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a product-related role
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and product development lifecycles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build alignment
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Exposure to UI/UX design thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
