About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Lead to support product operations, manage customer-raised issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the product team. Your work will help us deliver exceptional value to our customers and ensure that the product development process is efficient and effective. This is a dynamic, collaborative role where you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue Management: Monitor, triage, and respond to issues raised by customers, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly.
- User Story Preparation: Collaborate with the product lead and stakeholders to gather requirements, document detailed user stories, and maintain the product backlog.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between customer support and the product team to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner and there is continuous feedback.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on product features, workflows, and user feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose process improvements to enhance issue tracking and backlog management, contributing to smoother product development cycles.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of customer issues and backlog progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, customer support, or operations.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with SaaS products.
- Strong ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and using tools like Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
