Job Description:

As a Product, Strategy, and Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, aligning business goals with operational plans, and ensuring smooth product development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps, conduct market research, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and key milestones.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in product planning, from ideation to execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Support the communication of product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product strategy, planning, or management.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and market trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
