Production Officer

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and safety requirements.
• Lead and coach production technicians, including training on standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and support SAP or other system postings for inventory and labor.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and key performance indicators.
  
  
  

Education, Skills And Experience

• Degree in Pharm-D or Graduation in Science is required for this role.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packing or production role.
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
• Practical knowledge of production documentation and batch record management.
• Experience using SAP or similar systems and basic MS Office skills.
• Understanding of EHS principles and safe working practices.
• Previous experience supervising production or packaging teams.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
