We are looking for a qualified Project and Compliance Manager to lead financial oversight of projects and ensure regulatory and internal compliance. The role involves budgeting, risk management, reporting, and liaising with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend process improvements
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and coordinate with external auditors
- Deliver accurate and timely financial and compliance reports
- 5-7 years of experience
- ACCA-qualified with 35 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and project financials
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
