We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead signage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
○ Oversee signage projects, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation phases.
○ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
○ Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
○ Manage signage permitting processes, including securing required approvals from local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
○ Collaborate with the permitting team to address any challenges that arise during the approval process.
○ Work closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
○ Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
○ Ensure all signage meets Blink Signs' quality standards and adheres to client specifications.
○ Conduct site visits and inspections to verify successful project execution.
○ Monitor project expenses, ensuring budgets are maintained without compromising quality.
○ Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
○ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or challenges.
○ Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
○ Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
● Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, preferably in the signage, construction, or related industries.
● Skills:
○ Knowledge of signage design, permitting, and installation processes.
○ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
○ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
● Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with local signage regulations, permitting processes, and installation standards is a plus.
