Project Manager

Our client seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their in-office team in Lahore. You will oversee and manage key development projects, working closely with the local development team and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and technical tasks.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution of Agile processes.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of both projects, proactively managing risks, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining project scope.
• Coordinate with the in-office development team in Lahore, ensuring tasks are aligned with project goals and the team remains productive.
• Track progress using Jira and maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation for both internal and client-facing communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and the international client, ensuring clear and effective communication and managing client expectations.
• Handle change requests and client feedback, ensuring adjustments are made efficiently while keeping projects on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Ability to manage projects involving various technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or similar tools for project management and task tracking.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for clear communication with international clients, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven experience managing in-office teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues proactively.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
