Project Manager – D365 Finance & Operations

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – D365 Finance & Operations to lead and drive successful end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, strong project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead D365 F&O implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.

Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and business leaders, to define project goals and requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.

Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Conduct project reviews, status reporting, and quality assurance to ensure smooth execution.

Facilitate user training and adoption strategies to drive successful system utilization.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations modules in D365 F&O.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
