Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Manager for the Fulfillment Department is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all physical and technological infrastructure supporting warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This includes managing warehouse management systems (WMS), conveyor and automation systems, networking, hardware, and facility utilities critical to efficient order processing and distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing FBD (Fulfilled by Daraz) across PK, Inbounding, Outbounding, Service Level, Seller experience, Customer experience.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Commercial teams to align daily incoming shipments and promote FBD growth and health.
  • Identifying performance gaps in the warehouse’s operations, drive programs to close gaps and revamp existing processes for better results.
  • Overseeing warehouse inventory health, utilization, clearance.
  • Data Analysis
  • BRD & PRD creation
  • Leading CAPEX, OPEX, and expansion projects to drive efficiency and sustainability
  • Responsible for department PRs, GRNs
  • Significant cross functional coordination with Admin, Procurement, IT, and HSSE teams to initiate, execute, and conclude projects.
  • CAPEX Forecasting and allocation
  • Monitoring and maintaining HSSE, 5S, and warehouse standards.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a Business Discipline preferably Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling business stakeholders, project management in a tech or ecommerce environment.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel.
  • Basic SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
