Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Product Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful digital products, working closely with clients, and driving agile processes from concept to delivery.

As a Product Associate, you will act as a bridge between clients and the development team translating requirements into clear user stories, managing sprint calls, and ensuring project milestones are met. You will play a key role in shaping user experience through continuous feedback, prioritization, and process management. Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive mindset will be critical in optimizing workflows and automating repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and run sprint meetings with the development team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to scrum methodologies.
• Oversee the timely implementation of project deliverables and manage project timelines.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback into the design process to enhance user experience.
• Prioritize features and tasks effectively, understanding the importance of processes in project management.
• Manage client expectations by leading client calls, providing updates, and explaining changes made during sprints.
• Actively identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth project progress.
• Utilize project management tools to create and manage user stories and tasks effectively.
• Use AI tools on a daily basis to streamline the workflow as well as automate repetitive tasks
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Associate in a software development or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in running sprint meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
