Job Purpose
Project Trainee – GPS role exists to provide support to deploy and embed the GPS into a Site to deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation).

Job Purpose

Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering/Pharm D
- Fresh graduate or 2–4-month Experience
- Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
- Lean / Six Sigma Knowledge
- Data Analytics
- Project Management
- Provide project management support and governance around Site strategic projects.
- Helping ensure the day-to-day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.
- To support site in initiatives and projects related to Digitization, Automation and Analytics
- OneGPS Deployment Support
- Procurement Support for ASL/GSL Improvement Project
- PPV and material Roadmap governance support
- CPU Projects governance support
