Job Description
- Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to the spa protocols and standards.
- Consult with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments and ensure accurate billing.
- Uphold the highest levels of customer service, ensuring clients are comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied with their spa experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure that all equipment and products are sanitized and stored properly.
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.
- Knowledge of body and skin care treatments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapies for extended periods.
