Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer with a background in legal writing and technology product pricing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing compelling proposals, feasibility studies, and legal documentation that align with business objectives and client needs.


Job Description:

  • Draft and edit detailed proposals, RFP responses, and grant applications
  • Research and interpret legal laws relevant to the proposal or project
  • Provide insights and summaries on market and legal trends affecting the business
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and business development teams
  • Conduct and present feasibility studies on new ventures, partnerships, or products
  • Prepare pricing models and justifications for technology-based solutions
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations
  • Analyze and integrate inputs from various departments into clear, structured documents


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in a legal or technology setting
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and regulations
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understanding of tech product pricing and market positioning
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines
  • Experience in tools like MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Research-driven with critical thinking and business insight skills
