Job Description:

We’re looking for a Python engineer with strong backend development skills and a solid understanding of AI workflows. You’ll be working on the infrastructure that powers AI-driven automation tools, focusing on tool integration, validation, testing, and intelligent decision support for agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain request/response modifiers for third-party tools
• Write schema modifiers to enhance tool usability and validation
• Implement Pytest-based test suites for validating modifiers and tool behavior
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve agent input/output interactions
• Modify agent logic to influence how tools are selected for a given task
• Cache and format skill outputs in a structured way for agents to make informed decisions
• Ensure all transformations are deterministic, validated, and non-mutating

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and working with APIs
• Strong experience with data validation and transformation
• Familiarity with Pytest or other modern testing frameworks
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering principles
• Clear, modular coding practices and attention to edge cases

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Composio)
• Familiarity with OpenAI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex ecosystems
• Exposure to agent-based system design and tool orchestration
