QA Automation Engineer

Enghouse is looking for a driven and motivated QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our team of software developers to evolve the product and make sure it supports the transformation of our customer base into the cloud, a perfect environment to grow and thrive in.

The position is offered at our local development hub in Lahore, Pakistan operating under Mettoni Associates Inc.. We support hybrid working models for easy integration into your lifestyle. This is a Hybrid role reporting to the Manager, R&D

Responsibilities:

As QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting quality assurance on enterprise software, including preparing test environments and executing automated tests.
• Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts as part of our agile engineering strategy.
• Create, manage, and maintain test documentation such as test cases and test reports.
• Identifying weaker areas of the product and act as advisor to the engineering team.
• Continuously improving our QA processes and methodologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

You will be an appreciated contributor to our team if you have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in QA automation.
• University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Ability to write/speak and understand English language comparable to Level B2 (Cambridge ESOL, CEFR or similar).
• Experience with Selenium Webdriver and one or more scripting languages.
• Curiosity, self-motivation to learn and openness to new technologies, ability to work to tight and dynamic schedules as well as strong and proactive communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and motivation to work in multi-national, cross-functional teams.
  
  
  

Ideally you will fit our open position even better if you have:

• Experience with automation relevant technologies such Specflow, Jenkins or Appium
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies.
• Knowledge and experience of working in virtualized environments.
