Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Constructive Feedback: Deliver timely and actionable feedback sessions to

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance their performance and

adherence to quality standards. Ensure feedback is specific, measurable, and aligned

with organizational goals.

  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all

feedback provided to SDRs. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that

feedback points are implemented and tracked, promoting continuous improvement.

  • Documentation and Analysis: Ensure thorough documentation of all training and

coaching sessions conducted, including the development of a comparison matrix to

measure the effectiveness of training initiatives before and after implementation.

  • Calendar Management: Keep the training and coaching calendars up-to-date, ensuring

seamless coordination with relevant stakeholders and minimizing scheduling conflicts.

  • Training Support: Assist the Training and Development (T&D) team in delivering targeted

training sessions, providing subject matter expertise as needed to enhance SDR skills and

knowledge.

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality coaching and training materials that align with

organizational objectives and support the growth and development of SDRs.

  • Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of quality metrics and double-check

improvement points in marked SDRs, ensuring that feedback is implemented and

performance standards are met.
