This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop AI-driven test automation frameworks that adapt and evolve with the product for enhanced test coverage and efficiency.
- Leverage GenAI tools to analyze testing results, identify defect patterns, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize GenAI to simulate user behaviors, stress conditions, and edge cases, proactively identifying potential issues before they affect users.
- Maintaining outdated, manual test scripts that don't evolve with the product.
- Waiting for build failures to identify regressions.
- Relying solely on traditional testing methods without AI integration.

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in QA engineering, with expertise in test automation frameworks.
