Quality Control Officer

Job Summary:
To assist Manager Chemical, and perform all tests falling in QC Lab, new product, test method
validation of raw and finished products and finished products on stability and projected related to manufacturing.

Principal Duties:

• QC Officer has to make sure the activities in his Section of responsibilities do not result in:
• Delay or non-availability of product
• Delay in introduction of new products
• Delay in implementation of CIP.
• Failure of the team.
• Compromise on quality GMP, cGMP and GLP.
• Not delay in achieve Goals of the year.
• Delay in KPls to miss supply Plan.
• Goals setting Conventional section, review, and completion at the end of every year.
• Support for EHS activities ·
• To ensure that all physical, chemical, and instrumental testing are being performed as per authorized procedures for following.
• Raw Material.
• Finished Product.
• In process products.
• Assist Manager Chemical in disposition of Raw Material and Finished Product within agreed upon lead time and priorities defined in meeting with Manufacturing / Marketing / Materials
• Management and informing non-conforming items.
• Assist Manager Chemical for technical problem resolution in QC Lab.
• Assist Manager Chemical that there is no delay in implementation Non-Volume Related Activities (Training Schedule, Volumetric Solutions, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule, LIR preparation / ER raises and activities.
• To provide timely assistance to Manager Chemical in new product testing, reference standards.
• To assist Manager Chemical for timely calibration of QA equipment.

Knowledge, Education & Experience:

• Must have sound knowledge & technical expertise about Pharmaceutical Quality Operations.
• Pharm-D, BSc. (Chemistry), MSc (Chemistry)
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
