About The Role
As a R&D Operations Assistant at Reckitt, you are on the frontline of transforming ideas into reality. Your scientific talent will be crucial in driving our operations across various pillars, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards. Your responsibilities
Task Execution Under Pressure, Business Acumen, Commercial Awareness, Objective Setting, Accountability, Consumer Insight, R&D, Product Lifecycle Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Adapt to changes in technological development plans, Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement, Innovation Processes.

About The Role
As a R&D Operations Assistant at Reckitt, you are on the frontline of transforming ideas into reality. Your scientific talent will be crucial in driving our operations across various pillars, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards. Your work will contribute to the resilience and advancement of our ambitious portfolio, within an environment that values growth and learning.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory-based product work from inception to write-up, adhering to project-specific KPIs and benchmarks.
- Cultivate your expertise within certain product portfolios / technologies, applying this knowledge to daily responsibilities.
- Drive the enhancement of R & D laboratory procedures and best practises, including documentation and reporting.
- Align your tasks with business priorities under the direction of your line manager.
- Suggest and implement minor improvements to established techniques, systems, or processes to optimise performance.
- A solid scientific foundation, either through a degree in a related field or experience in formulation and scientific operations.
- An innate ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, coupled with the drive to succeed independently.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proficiency in data analysis and technical issue resolution.
- Business and commercial awareness paired with the curiosity to understand consumer insights.
- Adaptability to technological advancements and a forward-thinking mindset that challenges existing paradigms for continuous innovation.
