Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate market. Working in a fast-paced environment, the agent will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and present contracts and other legal documents.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate or related field.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
