The Opportunity:

- Depending on your performance you could grow into leading our marketing function altogether
- Absolute autonomy to execute, test and iterate on strategy
- Report Directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Build top of the funnel awareness for AdalFi across key markets
- Capture demand and implement the process for Sales Handoff.
- Execute a combination of digital and physical marketing activities
- Define, prioritize and execute marketing strategy – if you can’t do what you’re proposing, don’t bother applying.
- Develop collateral to assist the following functions: Sales, Growth, Customer Success
- Drive partner engagement and help develop communications to assist the Growth Team
- Partner directly with sales to learn holes in our existing sales process and actively work to drive change.
- Create new vectors for growth by leading tasks including but not limited to: Webinars, Blogs, Organic Social Content, Paid Social Strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- The Bare Minimums:
- A proven track record: you’ve delivered measurable results across a well executed marketing strategy
- You’re punctual – we respect everyone’s time here. We expect you to do the same.
- Exceptional communication – your role will be customer facing – this is a bare minimum.
- Responsiveness – get back to customers and your team ASAP. Do NOT be a blocker.
- Self-learning – we’re a hyper-growth startup & we will not handhold
- Hard Skills: Excel, Incredible analytical skills: speak with data, if you don’t have it, get it., Copy Writing
A+ Candidates will:
- Have technical knowledge of CRMs and help improve marketing infrastructure
- Have led teams & hired A+ candidates before – if we’re hiring you to lead, you’d better be able to :)
- Have decent product sense and be aware of how their work ties into sales, customer, success, product & growth.

- Your default response is “can do”: Even if you don’t know how to do something, go figure it out – if you can’t figure it out, ask for help or learn how to do it.
- You view your job description as a loose set of guidelines: Wearing multiple hats is the norm not the exception.
- You create work: Stagnation and being idle is the antithesis of startup culture. If you don’t have work – create it. Find new ways to work more efficiently or other crossfunctional problems to solve.
