Naxape is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and securing top talent across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong recruitment skills who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Partner with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and role requirements.
• Draft, publish, and manage job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, and social media channels.
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support recruitment campaigns, hiring drives, and onboarding processes when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minium experience of 1 Year in recruitment (in-house or agency preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. MUST
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office Suite.
• High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Shift: Onsite - ONLY
