Recruitment Specialist - Temporary Contract: 1 year
Job Purpose
As Recruitment specialist you will be responsible for hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers, managing recruitment process.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelors or Master degree in HR
- Experience of Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG & Manufacturing Recruitment
- Good Communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Candidate relationship management skills
- Sourcing techniques skills
Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Create and publish job ads
- Sourcing candidates
- Screen CVs and job applications
- Support with carrying out recruitment driver in universities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person or online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Work in Workday system
