Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional / Area Sales Manager Neuro Surgery, located in Karachi. The Regional / Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to increase market share, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Neuro Surgery and medical devices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in healthcare is advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Strong organizational and planning skills
