Responsibilities:


  • Engage with talent acquisition managers and consultants to build a robust network within the IT industry, promoting the use of our portal.
  • Invite industry professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Feature Person, showcasing the benefits and opportunities available.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetups with industry leaders and companies to foster relationships and expand our network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the engagement process.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in outreach planning and messaging and ensuring that talent professionals are engaged through various channels and events.


Must-have skills

  • Proficiency in networking and relationship building to establish connections within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and industry professionals.
  • Sales and business development capabilities to promote services and opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Information Technology industry practices and trends to drive meaningful conversations.
  • Strong event planning and coordination skills to organize successful meetups and events.


Nice to have

  • Experience in CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for networking and outreach.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific events and conferences for enhanced networking opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategic networking.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Sales and business development acumen
  • Outgoing extrovert personality and a proactive attitude to get things done
  • Bachelors or Masters in Sales/Marketing
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Business Development experience

 

Working Hours

  • 12 PM - 8 PM Pakistan time
  • Remote Work
  • Location should be Lahore/Islamabad
