Responsibilities:
- Engage with talent acquisition managers and consultants to build a robust network within the IT industry, promoting the use of our portal.
- Invite industry professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Feature Person, showcasing the benefits and opportunities available.
- Coordinate and schedule meetups with industry leaders and companies to foster relationships and expand our network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the engagement process.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
- Participate in outreach planning and messaging and ensuring that talent professionals are engaged through various channels and events.
Must-have skills
- Proficiency in networking and relationship building to establish connections within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and industry professionals.
- Sales and business development capabilities to promote services and opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of Information Technology industry practices and trends to drive meaningful conversations.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills to organize successful meetups and events.
Nice to have
- Experience in CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for networking and outreach.
- Familiarity with industry-specific events and conferences for enhanced networking opportunities.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategic networking.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Sales and business development acumen
- Outgoing extrovert personality and a proactive attitude to get things done
- Bachelors or Masters in Sales/Marketing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Business Development experience
Working Hours
- 12 PM - 8 PM Pakistan time
- Remote Work
- Location should be Lahore/Islamabad
