Sales Associate (Calling)

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation? We're looking for proactive Cold Callers to join our growing team!

This is a results-driven role perfect for individuals who love talking to people, are target-oriented, and want to earn based on performance.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided lead list.
• Introduce and promote our services in a professional, friendly manner.
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments/bookings for our sales team.
• Follow scripts while being adaptable based on the customer’s response.
• Handle objections and provide accurate information.
• Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and results.
• Meet daily and weekly KPI targets.

• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred (but not required).
• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Able to handle objections and keep conversations professional.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup.
