  • Conduct daily research on major Oil & Gas projects across Africa using industry databases, news platforms, and online resources.
  • Identify key stakeholders, project leads, and decision-makers, maintaining a CRM database with relevant contact details.
  • Track tenders, investment trends, and new business opportunities that align with INTECH’s expertise.
  • Provide actionable insights on competitor activities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Prepare concise reports summarizing major project pipelines and strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor the daily activities of INTECH’s salespersons across different countries, tracking sales calls, meetings, and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze lead generation, opportunity creation, and sales pipeline trends using CRM tools.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in sales processes and report findings to the GM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for management to assess business performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing engineering projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain regular coordination with Operations and Execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend project meetings, document updates, and escalate issues or bottlenecks to the GM.
  • Provide status reports on project completion, risk assessment, and execution efficiency.
  • Act as the GM’s assistant, handling daily operational follow-ups, meetings, and key discussions.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and insights for strategy meetings.
  • Assist in analyzing historical sales data, financial forecasts, and monthly reports, measuring performance against budgeted values.
  • Respond to daily business emails on behalf of the GM after discussion and approval.
  • Identify new business expansion opportunities by matching INTECH’s product offerings with market demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in research, business analysis, sales tracking, or project coordination (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of Oil & Gas industry trends, tenders, and market dynamics (preferred but not mandatory).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
  • Experience with CRM tools for sales and lead tracking.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
