What's In It For You
- Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue management, and performance KPIs for the local market.
- Oversee building and facilities maintenance, asset management, and audits of 3rd-party maintenance contracts.
- Manage the launch, relocation, and closure of dark stores, including site scouting, execution, and handover.
- Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and manage repair and maintenance schedules; maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure cost-effective and prompt issue resolution.
- Identify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses to meet operational requirements.
- Negotiate leases and contracts for cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee acquisition, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of assets.
- Develop and execute preventive/corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Manage budgets for purchases, repairs, and maintenance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements; prepare financial and operational reports on asset performance.
- Identify process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and adopt advancements in facility management technologies.
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business/Commerce would be preferred
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate and facility management
- Proficient with Google Workplace
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
