About The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to drive efficiency and alignment across our sales and revenue-generating teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution—owning key operational processes that fuel our growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about enabling sales success through process optimization, technology, and data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Management: Lead and support a sales team of 5–15 individuals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and pipeline management to consistently meet revenue goals.
- Revenue Operations Strategy: Develop and refine end-to-end revenue processes to improve the lead-to-cash cycle, driving operational efficiency across sales and marketing.
- CRM & Data Management: Own the setup, accuracy, and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring high-quality data and actionable reporting.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Build and maintain accurate forecasting models, performance dashboards, and KPIs to give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health and revenue trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions and automation to enhance productivity across revenue teams.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure seamless alignment on revenue-driving initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, content, and training they need to convert leads more effectively and enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing a sales team of 5–15 people is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiarity with sales enablement tools and analytics software.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven track record of coaching sales professionals and working cross-functionally with key departments.
- Process-Orientation:
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient operational workflows.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer success platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
