Position Overview: RevInfinity is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist with expertise in Clay.com to join our remote team. This flexible position is ideal for an operations professional experienced in managing and optimizing CRM enrichment, lead generation workflows, and data-driven growth strategies. Initially, the role will offer 10 flexible hours per week, with the potential to expand as projects evolve.

Responsibilities:

• Clay Workflow Development: Develop and manage advanced workflows within Clay.com for CRM enrichment, lead scoring, and targeted lead generation aligned with client business goals.
• Integration and Automation: Expertly integrate Clay.com into marketing, sales, and customer success workflows, leveraging automation to streamline processes.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough data analysis using Clay’s tools, interpreting enriched data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and increase revenue.
• Optimization & Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Training & Support: Train and support internal and client teams on effectively utilizing Clay.com, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Customization: Address and resolve technical challenges, customize workflows to client-specific business needs, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Market & Industry Trends: Stay updated with Clay.com’s latest features, RevOps best practices, and emerging industry trends to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive performance reports highlighting workflow effectiveness, automation efficiency, and areas for improvement.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), CRM automation, or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Clay.com, including CRM enrichment, workflow automation, lead scoring, and intent data management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex datasets to generate strategic insights.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage operational workflows and automation systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
