Key Qualifications
- Degree Qualified preferably Professional Engineer (Graduate in Engineering) or Material Science
- API 571 Certified
- Excellent understanding of damage mechanism in Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of Corrosion protection including cathodic protection, chemical inhibition, and inspections
- 10 years’ experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) preferably in Oil & Gas industry sector
- Experience in Material selection, Cathodic Protection, Corrosion Inhibition, Coatings Selection & Failures, etc.
- Review of incident investigation reports to improve quality of investigations. Discuss and advise field team for improvements
- Review of quality assurance system, material selection and corrosion management system with reference to repeated incidents Highlight areas of improvement.
- Performance of trend analysis of leaks on location basis and / or equipment wise and devise mitigation plans. Provide quarterly analysis report.
- Develop RCFA procedure to ensure quality and consistency in investigations
- Expedite and ensure timely closure of leak investigations in COMPANY’S online system.
- Conduct safety audits and SOC.
