Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Application Engineer to join our Automation Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical expertise for our automation solutions, including SCADA, Process Automation, Energy Monitoring Software, and Active Harmonics Filters

- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell Accrescent Engineers' automation products and solutions to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Technical Support and Application Engineering:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for automation products.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate automation solutions based on their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions as needed.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities, customer needs, and market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and application engineering within the automation industry, specifically in SCADA, Process Automation, Energy Monitoring Software, and Active Harmonics Filters.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
