The Role

  • Maximize the sale of parts and service solutions.
  • Develop new customers, promote company products & solution, and achieve sales revenue for own territory.


What we expect from you?

  • Proper co-ordination/ synergy with product sale & operation team to execute received orders.
  • Cooperate with internal sales closely to collect customer needs and follow up the customers.
  • Day to day interaction with customers to develop the business in your area.
  • Keep a track of customer investments well in advance for customer & build our contracts & others service products around it.
  • Provide proactive steps to contact Lost boy customers and bring them back to Atlas Copco.
  • Meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales.
  • Report to the sales managers on activity, effectiveness is a must.
  • Ensure the use of CRM tools provided to the sales team for better territory and customer management and transparency reporting.
  • Perform SWOT analysis for small machine market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Must be able to manage the entire sales process and have technical knowledge of the compressed air system.
  • Actively seeking opportunities of Advance Services like, Smartlink, central controller, AIRnet in assigned territory.
  • active engagment with distributors in afashion that they can deleiver service excellence in their assigned respective domains.


To succeed, you'll need:

  • Bachelors in Engineering or Science from reputed university.
  • Expertise of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Sound knowledge of online / offline database software.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills & Multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach.
  • Must have mature conception of customer dealing in B2B sales and service organization. Having at-least 1-2 years proven experience of multi-tasking of technical sales activities.
