Job Overview
Avanceon is seeking a driven and technically skilled Product Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience to expand and support our market presence in Karachi. This role will focus on the sales and application of Endress+Hauser Instruments, Samson Control Valves, and Fire & Gas Detection systems across various industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to identify client needs, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and development.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical site visits to address customer requirements and showcase product capabilities.
Assist clients in selecting the right products and solutions to meet their specific process and safety requirements.
Ensure all documentation, including order forms, contracts, and client correspondence, is accurate and timely.
Address post-sales inquiries, facilitate training sessions, and offer technical support to ensure optimal product performance.
Work with regional and technical sales teams to share insights and ensure alignment on project goals and customer expectations.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical site visits to address customer requirements and showcase product capabilities.

- Proposal Development and Documentation:
Ensure all documentation, including order forms, contracts, and client correspondence, is accurate and timely.
- Customer Relationship Management and After-Sales Support:
Address post-sales inquiries, facilitate training sessions, and offer technical support to ensure optimal product performance.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
Work with regional and technical sales teams to share insights and ensure alignment on project goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
- Experience: 3–4 years of technical sales / consultant / projects experience in instrumentation, automation, or control systems, ideally within the industrial or energy sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical sales acumen, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the Karachi region to meet clients and support projects.
