SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to manage key accounts, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the strategic direction of the sales department. This role includes working closely with management to present sales plans and forecasts, and contribute to the company’s long-term revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Acquisition
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Team Collaboration & Planning
- Participate in setting objectives and sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Assist with coaching and performance tracking of sales representatives when required.
- Stay updated on emerging markets and competitive trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create and implement sales strategies
- Skilled in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Strong management and leadership mindset

- Experience with developing budgets and sales reporting
