Job Description
- Conduct in-person visits to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and other food businesses in Lahore.
- Present and pitch digital solutions like branded websites, online ordering systems, and apps.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that improve their operations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with professionalism.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and client retention.
- Track sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM or task tools.
- Consistently meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Report on-ground insights to cross functional teams for improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development preferably in SAAS and food tech
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. BBA/MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- This is a commission-based role, and earnings will depend on sales performance with clear monthly targets and incentives.
- Strong understanding of restaurant or food retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face client meetings.
- Ability to explain digital products and tools in simple, practical terms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on meeting sales targets.
- Comfortable traveling across Lahore for daily client visits.
- Familiarity with Lahore’s food and hospitality scene is a strong advantage.
