We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting high-quality leads into clients for our digital optimization, digital presence, and cloud-based accounting and finance services. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Research and identify high-potential leads across various industries, ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
- Sales Outreach:
- Utilize a mix of communication channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to engage with prospects.
- Client Pitching:
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that address client needs and showcase our unique value propositions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead interactions to ensure a well-organized sales process.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and close deals efficiently.
- Market Feedback:
- Provide insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to help shape future strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital services, consulting, or cloud-based solutions.
- Targets: Achieving Targets from $10,000 to $25,000
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using communication tools and managing sales activities.
- Ability to analyze data and prioritize leads effectively.
- Characteristics:
- A proactive “hunter” mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Resilience and adaptability in handling objections and feedback.
- A collaborative team player who can align with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of digital optimization, digital presence, and cloud-based accounting/finance services is highly desirable.
