We are a leading cutlery manufacturer supplying high-quality stainless-steel cutlery to B2B customers nationwide. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Karachi and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
We are a leading cutlery manufacturer supplying high-quality stainless-steel cutlery to B2B customers nationwide. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Karachi and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers for cutlery products in assigned territory.
- Visit wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality industry clients to promote products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, tableware, kitchenware or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be Karachi-based with good market knowledge of wholesalers and retailers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelors preferred).
- Motorcycle and valid driving license required.
- Basic Salary: PKR 50,000/month
- Commission: 3% on sales value
- Travel Allowance: Reimbursed at actual against bills
- Mobile & Internet Allowance: As per company policy
- Other Benefits: Annual bonus, leave encashment, and medical (as per company policy)
