Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage leads, and negotiate deals.
- Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
- Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies and ensure smooth transactions.
- Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
- Problem Solving:
Address complex challenges in real estate transactions, market fluctuations, and client needs.
Qualifications:
Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills.
Passionate about sales.
The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values. 1-3 year of experience in sales (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply).
