Job Description

• Conduct in-person visits to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and other food businesses in Lahore.
• Present and pitch digital solutions like branded websites, online ordering systems, and apps.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that improve their operations.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with professionalism.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and client retention.
• Track sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM or task tools.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Report on-ground insights to cross-functional teams for improvement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in SAAS and food tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. BBA/MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
• This is a commission-based role, and earnings will depend on sales performance with clear monthly targets and incentives.
• Strong understanding of restaurant or food retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face client meetings.
• Ability to explain digital products and tools in simple, practical terms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable traveling across Lahore for daily client visits.
• Familiarity with Lahore’s food and hospitality scene is a strong advantage.
