A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate ideas and messages to target audiences. You will work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics for various mediums including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Ensure all designs are tailored to the company's brand image and marketing goals.
- Stay updated with design trends and software advancements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color theory).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design ideas and projects.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Problem-solving skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
