About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and create business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored pitches for prospective clients to generate new leads and expand existing business.
- Meet daily call targets of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Initiate strategies for small, medium, and large businesses to drive growth.
- Manage time efficiently and contribute to client-communication efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies for existing accounts to increase engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with both active and prospective clients.
- Maintain and update client profiles to track interactions and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- A/O Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fresh (0) to 1 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken).
- Strong ability to organize, and prioritize work.
