Salesforce Administrator

Remote Scouts is on the hunt for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team! If you're passionate about CRM systems, data accuracy, and process automation — this is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain Salesforce or HubSpot CRM (user setup, permissions, dashboards, workflows)
• Ensure data cleanliness and implement automation for sales tracking and lead management
• Train new and existing users to boost CRM adoption
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation
• Conduct CRM audits and support compliance efforts
• Maintain the RFP/RFI database and client documentation aligned with US compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM administration
• Strong command of CRM architecture, workflows, and data reporting
• Experience with CRM audits and RFP/RFI management
• Excellent training and communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (US support)
• Salesforce Admin or HubSpot certification preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, APIs, and experience in BPO or US client service is a big plus
