We are seeking a talented Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect. As a Salesforce CPQ Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce CPQ solutions for our clients. The individual will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Billing, Partner Relationship Management and B2B Commerce. The individual will work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and developers to define and deliver CPQ architectures that streamline sales processes and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate must have proven experience in understanding complex business roadmaps, solution thinking, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue cloud, Sales processes, designed Lead to Quote, Contract, Billing and Cash solutions with meticulous attention to detail and solid experience in developing scalable business systems. You should have proficiency in tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards. A strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud experience and working knowledge with other clouds, LWC, Lightning UI is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project teams and clients to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Leverage your functional and industry knowledge, along with your familiarity with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud and Communities as a requirement, and Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud as nice-to-haves).
- Provide solutions, leadership and best practices on the Salesforce CPQ platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes, prioritize information needs, and translate these requirements into system solutions.
- Document existing business processes, business requirements, and Salesforce platform solution designs.
- Engage with clients and end-users to gather and define business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members to design solutions that align with the customer's needs.
- Analyze, design, and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with developers to test and validate solutions that meet the business requirements.
- Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams before design and development activities, ensuring scalability, alignment with vendor roadmaps, and alignment with customer business requirements.
- Contribute to project management, planning, and coordination of project activities.

- Solution Design: Develop robust and scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions to address complex business requirements, taking into account best practices and industry standards.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, translating them into effective CPQ solutions that enhance their sales processes.
- Architecture Development: Design and document technical architecture, including data models, system integrations, and customizations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ as needed to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing the designed solutions effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the Salesforce CPQ solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation of configurations and customizations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, solution architecture, and best practices.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams to ensure the successful adoption and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members; strong organizational, communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Certifications in Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud is a plus
- Experience in working with enterprise clients.
