Primary Skills

• Expertise in Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, ReSA, SIM, RPM, and RIB, including their implementation, configuration, and customization to support retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL for database programming and custom developments within Oracle Retail applications.
• In-depth understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies to align with Oracle Retail solutions.
• Experience in integrating Oracle Retail with other systems using Retail Integration Bus (RIB) for seamless data exchange and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail cloud solutions, including SaaS deployments and cloud-based integration.
• Skilled in optimizing and debugging Oracle Retail applications to ensure efficient system performance and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Oracle ADF and BI tools for advanced reporting, analytics, and insights in the retail space.

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices to ensure Oracle Retail solutions remain competitive
• Understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting in Oracle Retail applications.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware for advanced integration capabilities.
