Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Secondary Services Incharge in Jhelum, Pakistan

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure continuous and efficient operation of HVAC systems, RO plants, and mechanical infrastructure.
  • Oversee daily monitoring and performance checks of secondary services equipment.
  • Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Technical Oversight

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and utility systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and modifications in line with operational needs and technological advancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system changes.

Compliance & Safety

  • Enforce strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage revenue budgets for secondary services, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for optimal sourcing and budget planning.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Liaise with production, engineering, and facility teams to align secondary services with site-wide operational goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, maintenance summaries, and improvement plans to site leadership.
  • Support training and development initiatives for junior technical staff.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

  • At least two years of work experience in a factory or industrial setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proven technical capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Competent speaking and writing skill in English
