Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting Community Strategy Reviews to assess and plan community performance improvements with actionable recommendations.
- Developing and deploying Platform Configuration Packages with seamless admin console changes, ensuring smooth transitions from staging to production.
- Leading Client Training Sessions to empower client teams with the knowledge and skills for community operations and technical configurations.
- Moderating content calendars or managing social media posts.
- Handling routine moderation queues or reactive firefighting.
- Following pre-set playbooks without room for innovation or ownership.
Ensure the customer community operates at peak performance, driving strategic engagement, reducing support load, and accelerating customer success through expert-led optimization and enablement.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in managing or advising digital customer communities.
- Experience with configuring and administering modern community platforms like Discourse, Higher Logic, or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts worth at least $1 million.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools or analytics platforms, such as HubSpot automation or Jasper.
- Understanding of AI's role in community management and social media.
