About The Role

Join SC Johnson’s Global Supply Chain team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and enhancing operational efficiency. This position focuses on P&L budgeting, supply chain expense forecasting, and capacity analysis. You will conduct in-depth diagnostics and monitoring, helping the business optimize resource allocation while identifying opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare costing estimates and analysis with New Product Development (NPD) and category teams
• Govern the standard cost process and deploy global reporting and analytics
• Support cost-saving projects and identify opportunities
• Assist in sourcing and strategy studies, providing recommendations to management
• Optimize delivered costs with ad hoc analysis
• Conduct cost card analysis and updates
• Forecast cash flow for supply chain operations
• Prepare capital investment proposals for plant capacity expansion, perform Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis, and track spending
• Serve as the point of contact for auditors and support statutory reporting
• Champion internal controls and improve compliance
  
  

Experience You’ll Bring

• Preferred qualification Cost & Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan
• Experience in logistics organisation, manufacturing or audit background
• Fluency in English
